Terms and conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Fastleads, the parent company representing The Fighting Brand, hereinafter referred to as “the seller”, and any user of the www.thefightingbrand.com website, hereinafter referred to as “the customer”. The GCS apply to all sales concluded on the www.thefightingbrand.com website.

The products offered for sale on the www.thefightingbrand.comsontwebsite include clothing and fashion accessories. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its description sheet. The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contract.

Prices shown on the www.thefightingbrand.com website are in euros and include all taxes. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.

Customers can place their orders online at www.thefightingbrand.com. The order will only be considered definitive once payment has been confirmed. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by the seller. The customer guarantees the seller that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen method of payment.

Products ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicated on the www.thefightingbrand.com website and may vary according to product availability, particularly for pre-orders, which are spread over 1 month. The seller declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery attributable to the carrier or in the event of force majeure.

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and with their labels. Any product worn or damaged will be refused a refund.

Warranty The products sold on the www.thefightingbrand.com website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. The customer must inform the seller of any lack of conformity or hidden defect within 15 days of delivery.

Protection of personal data: the seller undertakes to protect the customer’s personal data in accordance with current legislation. The information collected is used solely to manage orders and is not communicated to third parties.

In case of dispute These terms and conditions are governed by French law. The contractual information is presented in French and the products offered for sale comply with French regulations. It is the foreign customer’s responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the use of the product he/she intends to order. In the event of a dispute or claim, the consumer should first contact Fastleads representing The Fighting Brand for an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. For professional customers, all disputes relating to the formation, performance and termination of contractual obligations between the parties, which cannot be settled amicably, will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court.

Fastleads reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force on the site at the time of validation of the order by the consumer.
